I have been doing this for years. Cutting fudge is a pain and the pizza cutter really makes it a lot easier.

Line your pan with heavy duty foil. Have enough foil so it comes up over the edges of your pan. When the fudge has cooled gently pull up on the foil and the fudge comes out in on big piece.

I wish I had read this post earlier. I just made a large pan of fudge and cutting it into neat squares is always a challenge. Thanks for the tip!

I always line the pan with foil and it works great. I just didn't think to use a pizza cutter and ruler...lol!

I used to do daycare and used a pizza cutter to cut up pancakes for the kids. Worked great and they thought it was funny!!
