I know nothing about those two, but I have a Pfaff Expression 2.0 and love it.

Don`t know about the 2020,but I got the 2044 about 12yrs ago I just love it. neverhave had anything go wrong . I take it to class as I have a janome embroidery that`s too heavy to leave the house.

Have you given them both a test drive yet?? You need to just like you would to test drive a car. Have fun.

I have had a 2030 for several years. Love it and no problems. Just take it min for maintanence service once in a while.

I have a Phaff Creative 7550 and it is a wonderful machine, no problems and I have had it for at least 10 years and never had any problems with it. I sew on it everyday, and made numerous quilts and crafts on it... !
