I'm going to be the odd one. I love quilts with no borders! Or if I think they really need a border I like pieced borders. Your quilt is so lovely with the different fabrics, I would just bind it with one of the fabrics in the body of the quilt, probably picking one of the dark fabrics.

I find your outer border should be the darker color of the two borders, as it "frames" the quilt. If you decide to use white, it would give your eyes a place to "rest" from all the different scrap sash fabrics. For your outer border, I really like the darker pink in the block that is in the finished quilt block - 2nd row from the bottom, and 2nd block from the right. I can see that block in you other photo better. The flower has the perfect darker pink - I would call it "raspberry." - That pink would make a great darker outer border, with the white as the inner border. Lovely quilt.

Not sure how you are quilting it - you have probably have heard of it, but Leah Day's "Free Motion Quilting Project" is up to 400 quilting designs now, each with a 2 min video showing you how to do the design. Again, beautiful quilt.

I like the suggestion of a narrow white border, then a pink border. Very cute and unique quilt pattern.

I've voting for white next to the sashing of the outside blocks - it will create a nice division between the center motifs and the borders. Love the pattern!

Can't help with the border but your quilt sure is cute. Please show us the final product.
