Don't you just love doing that? Pinwheels always scared me; the one who makes wedding gowns and silk quilts and HSTs scare me, well no more. I can't wait to see everyone's "spin" on it. I like your patriotic theme.

It looks like a fun quilt.

I still haven't found the "elephant pinwheel" or is it the same thing?
Thanks for sharing all the great ideas. This will be a good project
I really like this pinwheel, but how do you deal with such bulky seams?

I'm going to join you all too.

Has anyone said they would take the 'other' easy way out and use their Accuquilt BABY GO? (or maybe I will use my electric one - the Vagabond)

I'll do that for most of them.

But I will try the Missouri method.

I haven't read all the posts yet to see if there are other methods to try. I think I will do some tonite before bed.

I'm not David, but I'm using 5" charms & doing the sew around all edges method, trimming down to 5 1/2".

Welcome
We did have someone many pages back mention using their cutting machine. I have 10" blocks to use but now I want them 8" so I'll be cutting them down by hand! I'd be glad to let you come over and cut them for me! I'll probably use the scraps for a piano border.
:-D
