Default On point quilt help needed

Having a mental problem here. I haven't made an on point quilt for quite some time and I can't remember what the measurements are for figuring out the setting triangles. The unfinished size of my blocks are 5 inches. Can someone refresh my memory? Sure would appreciate it

can we ever remember that? I got the 20 1/2 inch ruler that has those measurements on it. That helps a lot!

My large ruler is an Omnigrip one. I think I got it at JoAnn's, perhaps online though.

Ladies, you are always so generous with your time and information. Thank you for your kindness. Jan, have you ever considering compiling and publishing a book of all your handy tips? I'd buy one in a second. Then again maybe it should be two books so no one gets back strain lifting it. Joyce in DE
