I agree. We have always been able to ask for help with our quilting projects, etc, and this is no different...our friends have always been here for us. We all need to be patient and ask questions and everything will fall into place. I was totally lost when I first saw the new site, but am becoming quite familiar with everything now and really liking the new format. Everyone, please ask questions and we will help.

The more I use the new board, the easier it becomes to navigate ..One thing I have noticed is the pictures seem to be more clearer and brighter..Not sure if its the board or my eyes though There are a lot of new features that I think are just awesome!! To me, its like me quilting..Never know what to do or how to do it but am sure having fun learning and doing ..

Cheat Sheet
I really like the idea of the cheat sheet.
A lot of us run complicated sewing machinges, but computers are scarry.
Simple list with simple instructions for the most used features would be a great plus.
This is a great community and
Thanks for all the hard work.

I've learned to look up some of the terms - such as BB code - via Google. It stands for Bulletin Board Code.
It was available to us "back when" and it used the brackets and backslash for formatting changes
I don't recall that it was labeled as BB Code - it was just there.
This "discovery" that I can find terms via Google has been a day brightener for me. I still don't REALLY understand what is said - but at least a have a bit of a clue as to what is going on here and there.
It's sort of like medical terminology - explicit if one knows what the terms mean - and total "foreign language" when one doesn't.
Another positive thought - for me, anyway - even some computer literate folks are finding this site still has room for more changes to make it easier to use.
