there was a recent thread about best and worst purchases at quilt shows, and I think the pouncer led the list for wasted money. I've not used it myself, I prefer marking with a washout pen.

I've heard that the regular powders are pretty useless, but I've read that the Ultimate pounce powder lasts a lot longer and is less dusty.
