I am using flannel for the backing of a quilts. It's a memory quilt. It has 8 inch squares of different fabrics with a 4 inch denim border.
I read on here that someone used LL Bean flannel sheets for their backing. I ended up going that route because I couldn't find fabric in the right color or size.
I am pre-washing and drying (on high) the sheets prior to putting them on the quilt for possible shrinking issues. Should I was them more than once? If so, how many times?
Thanks in advance for your help. :)

If they are sheets I would think they are already pre-shrunk, I wouldn't be too pleased if my new queen size sheets shrunk in the wash!! LOL But washing twice can't hurt it, and is worth making sure anyway!!
Cheers!
