Remember when I asked for advice about the paper backing of Printed Treasures coming off in bitty pieces? I emailed their company, Dritz, about my problem, and received a lovely return letter from the Consumer Relations of the parent company, Prym. They stated that their quality team has been working diligently to correct the problem of the paper not releasing from the sheets and has recently isolated the problem. And the sheets in the Free enclosed package of 12 fabric sheets are our newest manufactured sheets and the paper backing should no longer be an issue. They worked perfectly. I was thrilled.

Going forward, you can tell the new packs by their having a lot code number printed at the bottom of the back side of the package. Be sure to look for that lot number, very clearly marked at bottom. Enjoy.

Great customer service for your issue. It's nice to know they found the problem and made the product better. Perhaps other members will also contact them and get a replacement pack.
