The gardening gloves that I bought were too big in the fingers. In fact, I stitched the glove to the quilt I was piecing! ;-)

Ellen Holder, the girl who sent me mind and patented them, told me that Nancy's Notions asked for the product for next catalog issue - a possible new product for NN's to list. I love mine. Vernell |
These are not gardening gloves, they are grip gloves, and they are knit on top, they fit snug and no squared tips.

I have arthritis and MUST use gloves when guiding material thru the machine. My favorites right now are gardening gloves from Target, but I looked, hoping to buy more and they have switched brands.
Get them fairly tight fitting and with very small rubber nobs on the inside (palm side) of the hands, including fingers. And get more than one pair! |

Sometimes I do ditch them if I'm hot or don't feel like I can feel the motion well enough. But usually yes, they do help me. :) |
I've worn out my pair of gloves and need a new set. They're great for FMQ! Garden gloves, with the gripper dots, don't work well for me because of the three bear syndrome - too big, too small, never just right. :-)

I have the Machingers (sp), and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE them!!!!! They are so comfortable to wear, don't make your hands sweaty, and really grip the fabric!!!
