The back of the block doesn't look like Suzanne McNeil's "10 Minute Block", but the result does. Love the variation on Ms McNeil's method, it creates a gorgeous block.

It is a variation of the 10 Minute Block. I am doing mine with 5 inch squares and hand sewing the edges down like
the Cathedral Window block out of Batiks. The center block is lighter batiks and it is very colorful. I have 18 more blocks to make before I can put it together with 10 blocks across and 12 rows down and will put a 5 or 6 inch border around it. I hope to have it done before Christmas, and that includes having it quilted by a LA; maybe DD can figure out how to post a picture for me then. |
No not 10 min block as u see on the back side like its triangles but then again I may be wrong cause I'm not sure how the edge was turned over it it wasn't.....

Thanks Ngeorgia for sharing this site. I've bookmarked it to spend more time on later.
