I see the 10 minute block on this site and it's on my to-do list, at least one day. Anyway, I was looking at a local quilt shop class list and they are teaching this block but in the sample quilt they added another of the the center pieces that you wedge between the four blocks. It looks like when you make two rows of the 10 minute block, before you sew the rows together - you add in the middle piece between the two rows as if it's another block being made. I haven't tried this but it would make for a different looking layout. You can check out Calico Station in Jacksonville, FL for the picture under classes.

That sounds pretty. Funny, I was just thinking of that block. Someone posted one and I love it! :D

I didn't see the 10 minute block class listed. What are they calling the class?

Sorry, I look at too many sites. It's actually Country Crossroads in Orange Park, FL. http://www.countrycrossroad.com/

looks like they made a 10 min block out of 4 10 min blocks. looks kinda neat, might just have to try that. Thanks for the site.

I saw a 10min block layout here yesterday and thought of adding that additional block that you mention. i agree, it would probably look good.
