Sleep? What is that? I once heard that you can sleep all you want when your dead so thats kinda my motto cause I don't sleep well either. :thumbup:

My youngest daughter was attached to a blanky through high school. She wanted to take it to college, but I wouldn't let her. I even hid it. Years later when she was about to graduate from college with a masters degree, I looked in the attic and found this blanket. I put a new binding on it and wrapped it up in real pretty paper and gave it to her. She was so excited. She couldn't believe that I hadn't thrown it away. I think it was her most treasured gift.

I think that if you keep him going into the sewing room you might have a new quilter at age 5.
such a lovly story also. almost made me cry.

That is kind of you to do that for him. My youngest daughter used to sit on a stool and watch me sew.
