I like it with the green border and green binding.

oh dear oh dear oh dear what to do what to do what to do I really like them both also so sorry for not helping

I've only had enough time to read a few pages, so don't know if this idea was given (probably not, because it is weird). IMHO I would stop at the green border and use the very bright blue for binding. I think the added yellow is too much. I think the blue would bring out the beautiful blue in the blocks. But as someone said, it all depends on what color you want to showcase. Good luck. It's a beautiful quilt top.

I'm not sure if I any help or not as I like them both ways. Each way gives the quilt a different perspective so I think either way would look gorgeous. Thanks for sharing.

I would do a piano outer border using all the fabrics in the center of the quilt and bind with green. I'm sure it will be lovely whatever way you choose.

Very pretty quilt!
I think the gold border makes the gold sashing stand out, whereas the green border makes the blocks stand out. I would bind it to match whatever you choose for the last border. |
I think the extra gold border makes it pop. Good Luck

LOL, I know you have already decided, and it will be a lovely quilt. I personally would want to go with drawing out the other colors in your blocks if I had enough fabric. Perhaps a narrow blue border then a wider burgandy. There are so many ways to border and bind our quilts!! Your blocks are wonderful and I agree that the wide gold pulls the eye away from them too much. Hugs and smiles and happy quilting!!!

I personally like to do every thing in odd numbers...I would go with only the green and I personally like my binding to match my last row of border.
