So far, so good. I don't want to be a member of that club.

It's not if but when you will have a rotary cutter accident. Find a safety tool you like and use it! I love love love the Quilters Slide Lock.

I just joined a couple of months ago when I cut off 1/2 inch of my middle finger. It grew back though so I am sure yours will be fine, just keep it up in the air, and have plenty of padding around it. (I learned that the hard way, lol). Sorry you have joined us.

Glad it was a relatively minor cut. I don't want to join the club so should probably invest in the glove.

Oouch!!!!! I really need to look for that glove, its hiding somewhere in my sewing room, once found... I really need to start wearing it. I do not want to join your club.

No one uses a rotary cutter in my sewing room without a safety tool. I have the Slidelock, glove, Gypsy Gripper, Alto Quilt Cut 2 and the Go die cut machine for their choosing to use. I don't need anyone's blood all over my stuff.

I haven't joined the club, yet, and I'm trying really hard to avoid it! I have too much to finish and create! LOL. So sorry, you cut yourself. It must hurt like crazy. :(

After reading this, I looked for the safety glove for rotary cutting. I always thought it might be pricey but Amazon has it for a little more than ten dollars. Seems worth it considering.
