WOW - excellent fix. You could have a new profession. That isn't going to show at all. You did a great job of fixing your "boo boo". I wouldn't worry about it at all. Your quilt is gorgeous.

Let me tell you, I had to look hard and long to find the fix, you did a wonderful job. The quilt is beautiful!
