Wow! Love your stash! Hope you are healing quickly! Hugs

I love it. I have one question though, with no doors over the front will the fabric fade easy? I showed this picture to my husband because my storage shelf looks like your old one and he said, "Oh would you like something like that?" Go downstairs. He works in a dialysis unit and when they remodeled they were throwing out shelves from the charts so he grabbed them for the basement to use for our canned goods. The only thing they dont have a back but it does have dividers. He has like 7 or 8 of them. Do yu think these would work? He's willing to give me one. I'm worried about the fabric fading>

What a great storage cabinet for fabric. Great idea.

A neat idea, I want one too.

That is perfect! You should have bought the other and sold it to another quilter! What a wonderful idea! I am always amazed that people see and think out of the box when repurposing.

That looks awesome. I love it for two reasons - it looks great AND it helps me feel better about being a fabric-aholic. It looks like I'm not alone. :-D

what a wonderful storage system! Altho I have shelves, I still don't have enough room to see all my stash. Maybe I need to have another garage sale and get rid of some of it! I can't! If I see a beautiful fabric that speaks to me I have to have some of it! However, I am in the process of revamping my sewing studio so I have more space. Your solution is fantastic!

GW that has casters on it. why didn't I think of that before ? now I can just roll it out of the way when I need to get something in the back row. Your shelves & fabric look fabulous ! |
I think I like it a lot, congrats on a great find.
