The person who put all the work into those butterflies would be happy to know they are finally going to be a quilt! Remember, these were probably made without die cutters, etc...

They mostly look like 20-s and 30s. Butterflies were a popular motif then too

What a coincidence. I have some of the identical butterfly patterned blocks from an auction and 2 have the very same fabric as yours. They're on my to-do list for fall. Hope you enjoy yours, too!
