To me, A is alot more attractive. It looks more complex. B looks skinnier as already pointed out, and looks like it has more white space, as already pointed out. I agree with all those opinions.

[QUOTE=bearisgray;7865901]Do you prefer A or B?

If you have a preference, why?

I prefer A, but my reasoning is very different from others. In B, there are many seam matches that may look jagged if not very accurate. The outer lines from the 3-part piecing and the blocks have to match all the way across/up-and-down in B. In A, slight "off matches" will not be as obvious. With A, you will also have more opportunities for differences in color, scale, and intensity.

I like A because it is more interesting to the eye.....well my eye any way.

I like A because of the line up of the blocks, B looks like railroad tracks and A brakes it up. Not that B is bad, I just like the set up of A

It will depend upon the actual fabrics, but I think "B" is easier on the eye.

I like B better - just flows for me.

I prefer A. Although B is attractive, it has a common look.
