Yup, make a table runner or snowglobe piece. They would look really nice if you put them on point too. Maybe use a robin egg blue for borders or sashing? Thinking out loud :)

After studying it, I can see that you could cut diamonds around the bird houses, and frame them, to create a spring quilt. Kaffe Facett (sp?) has a pattern for it.

You can make it a big attic window. Cut it evenly and add the window sections. This gives it a look through the window; so you really are not losing the motifs, the mind fills in the sections covered by the window frames.

I have made two Lisa Moore Quilts, have a look on line at Lisa Moore Quilts with a Twist. They are like a stained glass window, I hope this works but have attached a picture of one I have done.

I thought of fussy cutting the bird houses too. Then your choice of patterns could be endless for how you want to combine them. good Luck!
