ruby2shoes, you're inspiring me! Mine's been in its box for almost three years, as I'm too scared to use it.
Thanks for the encouragement. |
What is a BSR foot for a Bernina?
|
How exciting for you. It is so much fun to realize we can actually DO something new. Have fun with your new toy

I found when I first got my Bernina 550 I used the BSR and it gave me the confidence to do some projects without it. Glad you are using yours and having fun with it.

It was refreshing to read that others thought about but didn't use their BSR's. I have one and will now have to give it a try after all of you said how wonderful it worked for you. A big thanks.

I tend to forget to use the BSR. Iwish it was able to fit in the wardrobe to remind me of it existence. My free motion is better with it but not bad without.

The BSR did not exist when I purchased my Artista 200. I ordered the BSR as soon as it came on the market. By the time my LQS received and installed it, I was packed and moving to Tennessee. I never had the lesson on how to use it and it set in the box for several years. Like you, when I got it out and tried it, I wondered why I had waited so long. Now I am addicted to the BSR. I love it and use it constantly. When I purchased it, I thought it extremely expensive, but it has been worth every cent.

I love my BSR I can do free motion embroidery, thread painting and quilting in the ditch with it I also quilt all of my own quilts and I have the 440QE don't know how I ever got along without it

The BSR was the reason I bought my Bernina! I was going to get a new machine but wanted to reserch them, try them, etc. I went to a local quilt show and the the local Bernina dealer was there with the BSR setup. Tried it, order it on the spot. Never have regretted the purchase!
