JoAnns is a great place to get all your quilting notions.
Get on their mailing list and use the coupons they send out, usually 40% off. They also list sale items which is very often sewing notions, as well as rorary blades, thread, etc. |
once in a while I get to use the 40% at hobby lobby but 99.5 % of the time every thing in the store is marked 30% off what a bummer!

I have shopped at createforless. Prices are not bad at all. Shipping is average-depending on what you purchase. Most of the time, though, you can get your items within a week. Good luck!

The Hobby Lobby here will let you use a 40% coupon on sale items. They give you 40% off instead of the sale price.
