I like both! But if the light purple bugs you, switch to the gray.

I like the color you are using. Any child would love it.

I like the one you are using. The gray doesn't make enough of a statement.

Like the idea of black but purple is okay.

I think the lavender is just fine. The grey: 6 of 1, half dozen of another, as they say.

Sometimes when we are doing a project and want to make it perfect, we start to over-think everything. I think what you have is adorable. Oh, and I love what you did with the sheep eyes. It is darling.

I also think it looks fine. It picks up the colors in the one sheep, does not clash, I think, with the others, and is infinitely more interesting than the gray. I'd continue as you're doing. It's a pretty color, adds interest, and looks great...imo.

This quilt is going to be so cute!

I love the purple, as it ties it all together.

I think any will work well, but I have to say, if you are going for "gender neutral" I would go with gray or black. My adult sons would not consider lavender for their sons. Silly, I think, but there you are.

I agree that the one you are using looks wonderful!

I think the light purple is fine, especially since it is a grey purple. Love those sheep.
