Binding ?

I got about halfway sewing this binding on and stopped. It matches the face of the purple sheep but it is not looking right with some of the other sheep. The light blue is the backing and it is clashing with that too.
I have this grey which is in the black sheeps face, do you think it would be better? I would do blue but I am trying to be gender neutral. I could do white binding but I don't like to put light binding on children's quilts.

I actually think the light purple looks fine. I went and looked at your last posting to see what the other sheep looked like. The grey would work too, but I think the light purple looks fine. Maybe it looks different in "real life"?

Looks very nice with the purple....of course I would think so as purple is the best color! ;-)

I like it too!

I would probably prefer the gray because it is more neutral, plus it wouldn't be the same color as a sheep's face. I absolutely love how the sheep came out! I think a non-sheep color would frame the entire quilt without competing with the sheep (or the background).

Sounds like you should switch to grey to be satisfied. Grey is certainly gender neutral. The purple looks fine with what's in the picture, but if you're seeing a clash, change it.

What about black?

I should add I am thinking of a solid gray. I like the idea of black binding also!

I like the one you are using.
