Posted many times that I only use it as top thread in ALL my projects. My bobbin thread is Superior Bottom Line. That combo works great in my Janome6500 |
I also love CT, but not their thread....sorry, but it was just too linty for me...way more so than I figured it would be...just mho...

I don't have lots of lint when I use their thread. Do you think it could be that I used a metallic needle which has a large eye than standard needles? Eyesight isn't as good as it used to be and the larger eye helps me thread easily. I drop the feed dogs and clean the bobbin area every time I change bobbin thread.

I like the Connecting Thread, Threads. Yes there a little linty but do a great job & we all need to clean our machines a little more ofter anyhow.

I use their brand and i love it! I have a Juki and it balks at C and C. but never a problem with the Connecting Threads Thread!

I am very interested in this QB thread about the CT threads !!!!!!
I am awaiting a purchase in which I ordered thread....... so far, I have no complaints with the previous threads. I use it for piecing but was told one time that I could use it in machine quilting. Have not tried that as yet. I have written a note to them and will post it when I receive a reply. MJ |
