My all time favorite cookie cutters are Wilton pink plastic heart cookie cutters with 4 or more sizes in the package. They are out on the shelves in Walmart and I know Kroger grocery stores before Valentine's Day and marked down after. Watch for Christmas or any other seasonal cookie cutters on sale after the holiday.
