Very cute

Way back in 1962 I had a single room (about the size of a shoebox) in dorm at MSU. I made curtains for the window and covered the switch plate to match. About 12 years later I was working on campus and had the opportunity to check out my old room one summer. The flowered switchplate was still there!

You're welcome Debra.Sometimes I think I get all caught up in the big things and forget small things. And probably the only way that I remembered I wanted to do this. Is that it will be tying in with something else planned for my sewing room....

Is this safe? It looks cute, but scares me to have fab that close to wiring.

I do that with scrapbooking paper. I just barely let it wrap over the edge. It doesn't come close to the wires that way. It is only touching the wall.
