Near Christmas time, someone sold a cocoa kit:
In a little baggy she had a packet of cocoa mix, a few marshmallows, a mint, a plastic straw and a clever poem. I think they were selling for around a dollar. |
They are nice and easy. And inexpensive to make as well as being a good scrap user.

Use the fabric covered rope pattern to make coasters, trivets, baskets, can cozzies.
This can easily be done by multipl people. Someone can cut fabric into 1" width strips, another can cover the rope with fabric, another can stitch them. |
Can you post the instructions for the potholders.

How about quilted coffee cup sleeves? You know, like the cardboard ones you get from Starbucks. I used the cardboard sleeve to draw my pattern. Close with a strip of velcro. It's a good way to use up the scraps and leftover blocks. I sell them for $5 each.
