Those are great!!

are you talking about the rag quilts? I have read about them and made a little one for baby dolls, but never a big one.
Wow, to everyone,
enjoyed talking to you guys. it's interesting how similar we all think. Man, I need to find a quilting group to work with. Maybe when I retire. . .Thanks, Howard |
I'm fairly new at quilting so I don't want to give you any advice on what to do with them. They are beautiful and can't wait to see the end result. Good Luck. Send us photos okay?

I have never seen it before, but it looks very interesting.
Spider web or kaleidoscope? Love the colors.
Those are beautiful. I can't wait to see what you do.
I also agree with the spider web, but I have seen one like this called a ferris wheel.
Looks like string quilting to me. They will be hard to set together. My guess is Kalidescope? Make a template of the wedge, get some 1/4" paper and play with it till you get the alternating block to square it off, center and make smaller items with it.
I would have to agree that is a variation of a spiderweb. Those are very sweet blocks and I have to say I just woke up and it is a rainy dreary morning here, as soon as I saw these they brightened by morning. I believe I would have to add a cute (if there is such a thing) a little embroidered spider hiding somewhere in that when you finish it. You are going to finish it, yes?!!!! Have fun with it you lucky girl.
