Mostly it depends on what machine I am useing. But I do use a leader most of the time when piecing triangles or
points. It just works better no matter what machine... Happy quilting |
Always!!! It is a habit now after learning the had way and getting thread jammed in my first Featherweight.
|
I mostly hand piece so this threw me for a minute. No. when I piece on my machine, I don't use one either.

Here is information on Leaders and Enders from the expert - Bonnie Hunter. She has tons of free quilt patterns and other useful information on her website www.Quiltville.com.
Here is an explanation of Leaders and Enders, plus photos on how it is done (for you visual people). http://quiltville.blogspot.com/2005/...-and-hows.html She also has scrap user system that makes a lot of sense: http://quiltville.blogspot.com/2005/...rs-system.html |

Only when sewing triangle with my Elna.
