Never. I've actuallly tried to get myself to use them, a la Bonnie Hunter, but never seem to remember to... Another option that might work is to just hold the thread behind the presser foot until you take a couple of stitches.

Most of the time when I am sewing triangles. Really helps.

always, if you use the Bonnie Hunter method from Quiltville.com, you can be making two quilts at one time.

Always use a leader and an ender. Cut all my scraps into 2 inch squares and use them as a leader and as an ender. Have a quilt top pieced without even trying that way!

I have not gotten in the habit of doing so, but a fellow quilter always uses one and swears by it!!!

Always and using my single hole plate makes a difference too :D
