Love Eleanor Burns. Her books are fabulous, have all of them including a First Edition of her very first book. Saw her at Paducah and she was funny and honest. I do enjoy reading the history she writes and I think they are about as true as anything else we read. Love her, love her.....

She is the only one I know that can tell stories while she demonstrates.

Recently I bought fabric that was on sale from her website.
It was exactly what I was looking for, the price was right, and there was free shipping. Since I am very computer challenged, I couldn't figure out how to buy my fabric without paying the $8.00 shipping, so I added it in and placed my order.
The fabric came, it was perfect. So I chalked up the $8.00 as well worth it.
Yesterday our charge acct. showed that the $8.00 had been
credited to our account.
Miss Eleanor Burns has my lifelong loyalty.

I love Eleanor Burns. She has given me new information about some American history, and her patterns are very clear and easy to follow. I think she's a role model for all women. Her husband left her with 2 small children to raise and she has worked long and hard to become such a good quilt teacher. She teaches us to quilt and she adds humor to all she does. How could you not like her?

She is the greatest. Easy techniques and great explanations on how to do them.

I think that Eleanor Burns is the Guru of quilting. I have several of her books and am always looking for more and I never miss one of her shows on TV. She is a great teacher!

OK teach, I'm with you..the QB is saying so smany great things about her personality and charm. I'll try to get beyond that voice and see her for what she is as most folks here are saying!
I do think she teaches well and is easily understood ....but....her voice!!!
