I've been sewing since about the second grade, but really got into quilting when my chicks flew the nest. I began using a few of the quilt in a day books, then went off on my own. Her instructions on how to quilt were a strong start, but I don't recall getting any history from her. I am very interested in women's history and the "Egg Money Quilt" sounds really good to me. I'm going to check Barnes & Noble and Amazon to see what else she has written! Good luck in your research.

I liked her a lot and have some of her books. But watching one of her webinears [?] she was making fun of the way we southerners talk. Didn't go over to well with me.
