My Janome likes Gutterman also for regular sewing but I buy Janome Embroidery thread that is acrilic for all my emb. designs.

I, too, stick with Guterman. I have problems with cheap thread and have nightmares about giving a gift and having it fall appart the first time someone washes it!!

I used to have a Brother 8200, upgraded to an 8500, that I loved then I traded it in on a newer model a few years ago. Like Miranda, I had trouble with rayon thread on the 8200 but polyester worked fine. I always use Isacord and love it.

i have a janome 350E and it loves Robison Anton polyester the best.

I have a Janome 350E and a Janome MB4 and they like ARC. Like some have said, different machines like different threads. I would just purchase several spools of different kinds and see which one your machines love. Kacy

I have a Janome 350E also. I use Madiera thread and I have no problems. My sister uses Threadart on 350E machine and she has no problems.

I have a Pfaff CV and need to go at differnt speeds. I use Robison Anton. The reds seem to need a slower speed or the break but the rest of the colors are fine.

I have some Madera and a brother and they get along fine. Then I got some rayon on ebay and it breaks and some aren't wound real well but at one fourth the cost I can live with it. It is very pretty thread.

That's the thread I would use too.

I have bought embroodery thread on e-bay from radient threads. She is very good and her prices are usually very reasonable. I have also bought embroidery cards also, I have a very entry level Brother 2700, and love it but wish I had a larger more advansed one, but this one was good for beginner.
