This is the ten minute block ,and after the first can be done easily in ten minutes or less. It offers a great range of patterns and layouts it can be finished with centre block hand sewn turn back or machine. I tend to do mine by hand and they then act as a pocket. Very large squares doing this technique and not sewn down make very useable pockets. Sorry no pictures as they are given away before I think.

No, it it isn't a 10-minute block, although some of the photos give that impression at first glance. See the OP's explanation and my post #61.

Oh by gollynow I get it. Just couldn't figure it out. I love this versionbecause as someone else said it lends itself to many different designs. Thanks so much for sharing. (Your lavendar and grey are great together.)
