I have a couple made I just haven't posted them. I will do it after I get little man to bad later. I haven't lost any more, bummer. I posted before and after pic's of me on the weight loss challenge tonight. I can post them here later if anyone wants to see me, if not I don't blame you. LOL!!

Rae,
Welcome, all you have to do is decide to loose weight and tell us how you are doing. We are making ourselves a quilt to represent our weight loss. Most are making one block per pound. I am making a quilt that has leaves scattered around it.
Each leaf will represent each pound I lose.
I had 60 pounds to lose. At this time I have lost 15, tomorrow (Friday) is my weigh in day so I will post my loss. We also post if we gain or are the same. Last week I did not loose or gain. I was exactly the same.
You can do it I have faith in you!!!! One pound at a time. Sometimes one ounce at a time.
Yes, we celebrate all of our losses. Even and ounce is a victory.

Today is Friday my weigh in day. Last week I was exactly the same as the week before. I have to admit I was dissapointed.
This week is a different story. I am 2.6 pounds down!!!!
I guess I better get going on my quilt I am down 17.6 pounds.
I love this site it keeps me going.

Yea haw! I'm down three pounds this week.
On Thanksgiving break from school next week, so, we shall see about walking every day along the river trail. May have to wear head gear 'cuz of the cold air.
