Just weighed myself this morning, I have a lot of quilt blocks to make to get to my goal weight. lol

How about using fruit and veggie fabric to remind us of good things to eat. No chocolate cookie fabric allowed! Or how about appliques of skinny dresses in fun fabric so we can think about all the new clothes we'll be able to wear as the quilt gets bigger and we get smaller?

Those are great ideas! I think my first block has to include tea cup fabric because I'm learning to stop and have tea everyday as a way to nourish my soul. It really does make a difference.

How about using fabric from the clothes that are now too big...

I like that idea. cutting into "big" clothes that would feel good.
