I like it even though it is Denver Broncos colors! :) I've not done the outline quilting but yours looks truly good.

You are the second person who told me these were the Broncos colors...though I have to tell you, I don't know what sport that is....sorry. I just liked the blue fabric and selected the orange because it matched the orange moon in it. :)

Glad you still like it though...:)

Good job! Perfect choice for your quilt, it's going to look great when you finish!

I think it looks great. You did a very nice job "outline quilting".

Oh Dina, it is looking sooo good! It looks crisp and bright! I really like how you did the two borders. I'm leaving mine as a simple chevron w/o borders to keep the size smaller. I wanted to quilt it this past weekend but couldn't get to it. Hopefully this weekend.
I didn't realize this thread was "you" until I started reading it. I assumed from the title that it was an applique thread so I had avoided it, haha. :-)

Yeah, Laura, that's because I thought it was echo quilting but it wasn't. :) So echo quilting goes with applique...see, I didn't know that either. It's good to learn new stuff though, right?

Most of the chevron quilts I looked at online didn't have borders, and they look good. I just like borders. :) I didn't have enough blue fabric for a border AND binding, and then I remembered that my sister had been with me when I bought the blue fabric and she bought some too! She hadn't used it and gave me the yard she had bought. Perfect!!

Hope you get to quilting your chevron this weekend. It's always good to get "the next step" done.

It looks good! I've never tried echo quilting/stitching but this makes me want to try it.
