Bloc Loc rulers. They are wonderful.

Bloc Loc ruler for both FG and HST.

You don't really need rulers for accurate FGs or HSTs. Use the "No Waste method" for FGs and the HST method like this https://www.thespruce.com/easy-half-...quilts-2821466
both allow the making of several at a time. Happy day. |
Thank you! I appreciate all your advice!

If you are making a lot of HST the bloc loc rulers are worth every penny you pay for them . They are wonderful for trimming them. I don't like to buy rulers with limited uses. I used a bloc loc ruler at a guild sewing day and looked it up on my phone and ordered one right then. I also make my HST with the 8 at a time method.

I love triangulations. It is paper pieced but they are perfect. They are especially good if you are joining more than one.

I use bloc locs and Deb Tucker's Wing clipper. They have really saved me from a lot of headaches! I have an accuquilt but don't always have the right size dies for my project.

While I have two Elanor Burns Flying Geese Rulers, I do not use them (my DH has given them to me as a present). What I use daily for both hsts and flying geese is the Olfa 6 x 12 Frosted ruler. Love it and use it for just about everything.

I use the Eleanor Burns ruler for flying geese. I always have nice geese without losing any points.
