jaci, put some more sales on please, I need plain lights or tone on tone to go with my scraps. You are not that lady with 2000 lbs of fabric are you? Go to Ikea and gets some cabinets. You will like them.

This actually makes me feel good! At least I know I'm not the only one. LOVE your stash!

Problem is ...I don't know what to DO with the stuff when I sort and "organize." It stays nice for a while and before you know it, it looks like that again.

If you would remove the green bag with pink straps...we'd have the same room! Seriously, I bought kits & fabrics for the 24 years that I taught & raised children. When we moved into a (sort of) new home after Hurricaine Katrina, I took the walk-in closet (gasp) to store fabrics & kits & stuff. The master bedroom became our guest room/ sewing room. Now it's sneaking into the living room, just for a few days (smirk) until I finish 2 quilts for a deadline.
Motto: I vacillate between the "neat" me & the "creative" me. All is good!

My parents said if you can't say something nice don't say anything at all!

 WOW!! Well it did happen to me, but only cause I was moving out of one area to another and it honestly looked like a bomb went off!
