Get a quilting pal or two to come over and you could all make at least a quilt or two together. I gave a lot of my stuff to Goodwill about a year ago and now I find myself buying more. You know you can't die till you finish all your projects. Good way to keep living is to keep buying and help the economy too.

keep doing what you're doing. It's fun.

I don't have nearly as much fabric, but I do wish I had a sewing room. I have to use my dining room table to cut fabric and I store my fabric in plastic totes. I do have a sewing table, but that, too, is in the dining room.

OK now I don't feel so bad (guilty) I thought I was going to have to take it all with me, I had so much;but now I bow to the queen. AND unorganized too, (deeper curtsy here) Can anyone beat that?

You need the guy from television who organizes your life. He's appeared on the Oprah show. Maybe you have a friend who is very organized who could help you GOOD LUCK< peterparley

Wow looks like you have lots of sewing to do. This makes my mess look tame. Thanks for making me feel better. Lol

Well, all I can say is I was there but spent the better part of 3 weeks, orgainzing and folding my fabrics around a 6 inch ruler so they would stack without falling over. I did it by color. I got rid of every fabric that I pulled out and went..."What the Hey???why did I buy this?" Or I want to throw up a fabric hair ball when I look at this piece. I passed along to a member of my quilt group who would cut a piece and pass it on...Don't give up!
