The second one if you add one more row would be great.

Remember everyone, this is not the whole lap quilt. It is only a portion of the blocks. So it does look unbalanced because I only have a few up for example.

Ah, ha--I understand now. I thought this was the whole thing and the reason for my concern about block number and arrangement. However, knowing this now, I still like it on point best.

Well everyone, I went with a total different layout. Here is the layout that I decided on. I am working now on sewing it together. I will post once the top is complete.

I will also be putting a border around the outside. I will have to take it to the FS to match up. There is not enough of the fabric that I have and it was the last they had on hand
