I will make the same pattern several times, but never use the same colors. I make it a point that no two people will ever get the same quilt from me.

After you have made a colour wash or a bargello, there is a lot of left over bits that can be made into another quilt, so i guess the answer is "yes". They all look differently and take on other colour ways and arrangements = heart shapes, diamonds, squares etc and I give them different borders so that I don't get bored with them.

My fave pattern is trip around the world. I have made that several times. Otherwise, each quilt is unique.

sometimes I will make more than one of a pattern-make too many blocks, really like ie, etc. mostly, there are so many I want to try, that I don't like to duplicate.

I like to try new patterns, so only make the same one twice if it's a customer order, then it's in different colors.

I made an Indian quilt for my sister and had enough material to make one for me. I started it but haven't finished it.

Personally.....yes, but change up the colors. I usually give most quilts away. For my Prayers & Squares group.....yes......we make so many that 3 different patterns are made over and over. Everyone loves them. :-D

Yes, I have but it depends on how it came out.

Yes. I have started making D9P's for all the new babies in our life. They are very versatile and easy to whip up. I didn't know what my sons' teachers were having as they wanted to be surprised. Whipped these right out. The pictures are here:

I really like the idea of giving Lover's Knot quilts away as wedding gifts. I'm getting ready to start one soon and if I like it as much as I think I'm going to, it'll be the go to quilt as the kids start getting married.

Also, I'm making 7 log cabin table runners in different sizes for a little online group of mine. Each member will get one in their favorite colors.
