Your quilt is beautiful, but how about quilting it in white?
Red would be my preference. Beautiful pattern and fabrics!
beautiful quilt. i would use the red
I love your quilt, its beautiful, I think it would be pretty with either one, but in my opion I would use white to quilt it with. But I am sure it will be beautiful with what ever you choose to do it with.
Lovely quilt and pattern - I would quilt with white or invisible.

I would use red. The top is gorgeous.

I would actually use a verigated red if you have one.
Red or variagated, will make things pop and add to an already beautiful quilt!
Beautiful. I would use white unless the quilting is part of the design. Then I would use black. I did a Black and white wedding quilt. I put pink hearts in the center of alternating squares. Sent it out to a quilter and she used hot pink. I was disappointed. I didn't want to showcase her quilting.

I agree, I think invisible or white would be look great.

Very nice...I'm sure it will be lovely no matter what you choose.

I would do red. Just want to say your quilt is beautiful.
Bobbin black and the top spool use red or white

I would sometimes think that translucent thread works well but also what you have asked red is my choice
What color are you using on the back for backing? Maybe something to match that.
White motifs in white squares.
Invisible thread
Of the two choices, I would use red.
I think the red would really set it off!
red would be my choice
I think I would use white, but that's just me. What does your quilt say to you?
Beautiful quilt, I think I would go with white for the quilting!
White on the white and lighter print and black on black.
my choice would be 2inc red then a black scallop , i thick that would be stunning. But thats just my thinking.
Choosing between red or black thread, I think I would choose red, as long as it didn't run. Your simple pattern looks amazing with your choice of fabrics.
That is one beautiful quilt - I think the end result will look good whatever colour you use.
I think white would be nice.
Beautiful quilt. Fabrics are sooo pretty.
A very pretty quilt. I would go with white quilting.
Beautiful quilt. Be sure to show us how you quilted it, please.
Why not red in portions, and black in others?
I think it is gorgeous! The colors are a favorite of mine!
Gorgeous quilt!!! I would do a 1" border in red and then a 4 to 6" border in the black. Good luck with your choice.
I agree with the folks who want you to use white. Red or black would stand out a lot in the white fabrics and---I think---detract from your beautiful fabrics and piecing.
Or maybe use white on the white fabrics and black on the others.... |
Black. It is beautiful.
I like red
