When I look at These fabrics I see a quilt like the one debbiemarie posted #40.. very simple square blocks with sashing.. What look do you want in your bedroom? What color do you want to stand out the most? Patterns like 9patch, disappearing 9patch. If you would like a simple block that can be arranged to form different looks..Hidden well blocks are fun!!

I had the same problem. I have 8 fabrics I want to use... found two designer websites with very pretty quilt designs.....1) Jan Douglas Designs - (Summertime Arbor) or 2) Mad Creek Designs - (Tussie Mussie) - she helped me and adjusted the pattern for a king size quilt!

Good luck finding that special design.

Those are gorgeous. Exactly the color combinations that I am looking for. Do you mind sharing the manufacturer, designer and fabric line. I know you said you purchased this about three years ago and they probably wouldn't have the exact fabric, but often times one can get the same colors but different patterns later. Thanks so much. Let us know what you make with it. You'll have fun with these fabrics.

Quilt Suggestion - Same Fabric???

1 Attachment(s)
I think that I made a quilt years ago with one of the fabrics you posted (middle, right)!!! I'm attaching a photo of a part of the quilt. I used a pattern in "The Quilter" magazine, September 2004. It's basically a square in a square, except that the center square is comprised of 3 rectangles cut into a square. Mine was kind of scrappy as I used 15 fabrics, and I did not sash the 8 1/2" blocks. They made an interesting pattern when joined together. It turned out to be one of my favorite quilts. I'm sure you could easily sketch out your own.

Hope this is a helpful suggestion.

QANDE2010: The fabric is "Morningstar by Londa Honag of Brandywine Design for P & B Textiles". Good luck finding it, but you never know!

a double Irish chain would be very nice with your fabrics

Thanks, Debbie. I actually did find 6 of the 8 fabrics. So need to decide how much of each I need. Also I found the pattern that Linda Hohag designed for the fabric line. Here is the link:
