I've got two right now. But, I've plans to start four more. I'd really like to finish at least one of them before I get started on the next. Ideas are numerous.

I have about 10 going most all the time...a few are ones I am stumped on as what to do next with them..but seems I am getting better at not having so many UFO's

I am working on three at present but have many more in the pipeline and there are so many more in my head! LOL

I have two BOM quilts going and just finished my last project. I usually work on one or two projects at a time and finish them up before starting another. I don't care for UFO's.

Love this answer...mind if I borrow it? My 'pending projects' (my own personal positive spin on unfinished) vary; right now, I have six going now, although two just require the binding be attached (binding is made). And, I always have one permanent pending project -- I'm addicted to making postage stamp TATWs, and have one machine set up for nothing but that (the process of making one means never having to remove the pieces from the machine...you just keep sewing 'around the world' until done.

I am actively sewing on two quilt tops. Getting fabric ready or waiting to cut for three to four other tops. And have at least 6 waiting to FMQ. That is not to mention the mug rugs that I want to make before Christmas and any other projects that come up in the mean time. Forgot to mention, I only get to sew when my life of raising my two young kids allow. Now that Soccer season is done, hope to do more sewing. I am also teaching my 9 year old how to sew his first quilt top. So much fun to see him do this. :)

I usually have 2 to 3 projects at one time. I just finished a quilt so I'm down to 2, and I feel "Itchy" too! I keep them in different stages so I am not trying to complete all the projects at one time and feel overwelmed. I have tried to do one quilt then finish it completely, but felt like I needed to mix things up to keep me interested.

:o I try to work on one large project usually a quilt and 1 or 2 small
projects.

Erm, a few.

The one I'm determined to get done by Christmas (contained crazy quilt that I have now been working on, on and off, for well over a decade - always intended to go to my Mum as a present - I'm now at the handquilting stage and I can't go fast enough for my liking!)

a LeMoyne Star

a Texas Lone Star (first quilt I ever started, approx 15 years ago, stalled because I have run out of a fabric and can't find anything I like well enough to tone and continue)

a sampler quilt (just selecting random blocks I like and making them up)

And of course I recently started dabbling in doing blocks from Sylvia's Bridal Sampler too (because I don't have enough going on).

Plus many more in my head, including a Paddington Bear which I am most excited about since yesterday I managed to find on sale (£3 p/m - very cheap here!) some co-ordinated Paddington material that will do beautifully as a backing to go with the Paddington fabric I bought from emsgranny a few weeks ago...

Right now, I have to make the sleeve hangers for the quilts (5) I'm entering in a local quilt show in two weeks. I've got 4 pillow cases ready to sew up for foster children that our guild helps to sponser. Have another quilt partially cut out and have many, many "quilts in clear plastic boxes" ready to cut out and go when I am. I try not to start another quilt until I finish one I'm working on. In my mind tho, I'm working on many at a time....

Hugs
