fortunately we put our refund into savings. Think it may come in handy.

Sell some here, there will be buyers!! LOL, I only have 3 kits but last summer when we were up in Minneapolis I toured all the Outlets up there and came home with LOTS of quilt store quality fabric. My hubby is always glad to stop at a discount center for fabric cause he knows it will cost him less!!!!

Yikes! That's a lot of fabric! I truly love fabric, but don't have anything near that amount...(wish I did though. ;) ) I've never purchased a kit, but I think I just might have to now. Keep enjoying ALL of it. :)

I only buy when I have a project to buy for. I usally have left over and that's the extent of the stash. I used to just buy fabric, but found that when I was ready to make a quilt I had to buy the correct fabric for it anyway and most of the stash just sat there collecting dust. What I do stach is backing fabrics I have alot of that....and batting too.

I'm just starting to build it up! That's a lot of beauty! I may have 2 bins worth! To me that's a lot!

i don't buy kits i prefer to pick out my own fabric.
i too have a least a couple thousand yards but not more then 3 thousand |
No-where near that much, DH is very supportive but I think would definitely say something when it got that much. Makes me crazy thinking of all the quilts you will be able to make.
Love your avitar. |
I estimate 2,000 yards, no kits. (We went to several Walmarts and bought bolts and bolts of 100% cotton when they were selling out at $1/yd.)
