It felt a bit like Christmas, all this lovely fabric that I had forgotten I had. But I also realised just how much I DO NOT NEED TO VISIT A FABRIC SHOP for the rest of my life.

My goal is to use up a lot of my stash before buying more. Right now I am making pillowcases for the MILLION PILLOWCASE CHALLENGE. So far I have 24 from cotton and plan to make some from flannel.
Then I will make blankets for the pediatrics wards at 2 local hospitals.
Making a dent, but no where near to using it all up! :)

Isn't it a great surprise to rediscover a great fabric. Never say never about shopping for more though. You'll probably have to get some to coordinate with what you have, etc. Also, the pull is just too great. The only time I can avoid the fabric dept is when my husband is with me. You know how most men shop. The go in & get what they came for then leave whereas a woman has to browse a bit (or a lot). LOL
