I recently had a whole package of needles that wouldn't pick up the bobbin thread, Changed to a different package and wa la worked just fine. It was almost as if the needles were too short.

I am so sorry you are having trouble with your new machine. I hope the shop can find out what is wrong. This is just so wrong having trouble getting a new machine to work. I would watch real close when they check it out just in case it is something that happens again, you might be able to fix it yourself. Good Luck!

uh-oh, machine-acide! hang on, sweetie, I'm sure, someone will have a good idea. I'm just not very mechanical, but I love to be supportive.
Hope something you find here works for you. :D |

Find out what it wants. :?
