In my household we call it a senior moment. Sorry for the extra work but maybe a cuppa and a little chocolate will help and maybe a good movie while you unstitch. LOL

I have a design element change in just about all my quilts. It's not a mistake, I meant for it to be that way.

That is a big oops. Sorry you have joined my club.

I say do NOT rip, REDESIGN!!!!!!

patchsamkim 11-30-2011 08:33 PM

I really dislike ripping...and would do anything I could do to not have to rip that much...lots of suggestions have been given...hope you can find a way to not have to rip so much...or at all.

Just be glad it is fixable! I don't blame you, I would "redesign" too!

I agree with others - I'd try to re-think my design to avoid ripping out stitches. That's not a chore I enjoy at all!

kacklebird 12-01-2011 03:44 AM

Oh no, that majorly stinks! Trust anyone with a seam ripper who could help?

SunlitenSmiles 12-01-2011 03:57 AM

I agree buy more strips, 100% agree

Sorry to hear you've had problems. It's such a hassle to have to rip out stitches.
